1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SellHere.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

SellHere is a request-based marketplace. Users submit descriptions of what they are looking for. The operator reviews each request and responds with availability. No public catalog is displayed.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The operator cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
Harass, abuse, or harm the operator or other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
Upload malicious files or content

5. Transactions

Prices and availability are confirmed individually for each request. The operator reserves the right to refuse any transaction. Payment terms are agreed upon within the chat conversation.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and design on SellHere are the property of the operator. Users retain rights to content they upload but grant the operator a license to display it within the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Account information: your name and email address when you register
Requests and messages: the content you submit through the request form and chat
Uploaded files: files you receive in chat (stored locally on the device of the recipient)

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the service: respond to your requests, communicate with you via chat, and deliver files. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Local storage

Your data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. No data is sent to any external server. Clearing your browser data will erase your account and all associated information.

4. Data security

Because data lives in your browser, you are the sole custodian of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it. The service cannot recover lost data.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for SellHere.store, or by using the in-app reset feature (owner only).

6. Cookies

The service does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Only essential browser storage is used.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
